Keeping you up to date during Lockdown.3

Updated: Feb 19, 2021

I've got my fingers crossed that this will be the very last lockdown and that I can return to business in the very near future.

So how are you? are you under stress with home-schooling, still working from home? Is there anything new happening?

Not a great deal has changed for me post Christmas, I did think I'd struggle but there is a sense of calm at the moment and I'm very much focusing on building my brand, keeping in touch with my gorgeous clients, learning new skills and increasing my retail side of R&R Therapy or as on #Etsy, it's www.etsy.com/uk/shop/RandRTherapyGifts

My current situation

I was hoping that i could return to see as I did during Lockdown.2 to see clients who needed help with pain management or their mental health but I'm following the new Government guidelines and those of the FHT (Federation Of Holistic Therapists) too. Having said that you are very welcome to find me on www.facebook.com/randrtherapy, send a message if your struggling or just keep an eye on my posts, where I add helpful posts, encouraging quotes, chat & reassure with my audience.

What am I doing?

Top of my agenda is Blogs for 2021. starting with Sleep, Blue Monday, Heart Health & Essential Oils, so be sure to check in each month to www.randrholistictherapy.co.uk if they are of interest to you!

I'm also studying Mindful Reflexology with the wonderful #SallyEarlam, a very well recognised Reflexologist, and learning more skills and techniques for helping clients struggling with stress, anxiety and/or depression, did you know that on average one in four of us will suffer with our mental health in a year? Yes, its that high!!

How to get in touch?

If there is any content within this blog that interests you and you'd like to know more then please complete my newsletter request and I'll keep you updated.

If you're local to #Newcastleupontyne and are planning to book a #reflexology treatment as soon as you can then please get in touch, we can have a chat and I can add you to my waiting list. But for now

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and today Stay Cosy (cos' it's snowing here in Newcastle)
