Service Description
Reiki, a safe and gentle non-invasive healing technique, that helps balance, heal and harmonise, treating the whole person, supporting the mind and body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. When our energy becomes depleted, disrupted or we have negative experiences or thoughts it causes blockages within our 'life force' energy which may lead to illness. Reiki works by releasing the energy blockages & imbalances. You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on the therapy couch whilst I place my hands either slightly above or on the body. Leading to a sense of deep relaxation as tension, stress, and anxiety are eased, leaving you with a sense of peace and improved well-being. Reiki doesn't interfere with any conventional medical care or holistic healing therapies you may already be receiving.
Cancellation Policy
Please respect my small business by cancelling in plenty of time or requesting to rearrange your appointment, 48 hours is required. Failure to do so will result in being invoiced for the cost of a full treatment or invalidate a gift voucher.
