You can make significant changes in how you feel with meditation, many often say 'they just can't do it', and truthfully at first it may not be easy, it does take time but I can help by offering you meditation during your treatment with me at R&R Therapy, you can enjoy it as a stand-alone treatment, or combined with another of my therapies. Prices start from £35, please get in touch and we can have a chat about your needs.

Cancellation Policy

Please respect my small business by cancelling in plenty of time or requesting to rearrange your appointment, 48 hours is required. Failure to do so will result in being invoiced for the cost of a full treatment or invalidate a gift voucher.
